Professional Skills Solutions and Services reserves the right to manage all services offered to any candidate or employer, as follows .

     1. No service is granted until candidate or employer has completed 50% financial transactions for outsourcing and 100% for course training with contracts signed by both parties.

     2. No training material generated/developed by Professional Skills Solutions and Services is the property to any company until all contracts and financial transactions have been completed 

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

• Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
• Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
• Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
• Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
• Disable user accounts.
• Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.
